Craig and Steve are awesome. They totally took care of me when my truck broke down, I got there around closing time and they totally did everything they could to get me into a vehicle. I have been renting the car almost every week for past over a month and the customers service is amazing and I will continue renting at my location guys are amazing
Pick up was effortless. Car performed well, although a bit of a gas hog. I got home from my business trip a bit earlier than expected, and delivered the car back to the rental agency at close to closing time. The agent was still polite and helpful, even though it was quitting time on a Friday. That was very much appreciated.
